You’re invited to our biggest fundraiser of the year, the Annual Luncheon, where community members gather to raise awareness of the importance of helping at-risk youth and their families. 

The NEST of Mobile 2026 Annual Luncheon will feature author and advocate Dale Ahlquist as the keynote speaker, focusing on guiding young people toward clarity and direction in uncertain times. Dale Ahlquist is President of the Society of Gilbert Keith Chesterton, creator and host of the EWTN series “G.K. Chesterton: The Apostle of Common Sense,” and Publisher of Gilbert Magazine. He is the author of seven books and has edited eighteen. He helped start the first Chesterton Academy, an award-winning classical Catholic high school, and he is the founder of the Chesterton Schools Network, which includes over 80 high schools in the U.S. and nine other countries.

He has delivered over 900 lectures worldwide, including at Yale, Columbia, Cornell, Notre Dame, Oxford, the Vatican Forum in Rome, and the House of Lords in London. Ahlquist holds a B.A. from Carleton College and an M.A. from Hamline University, and he received an honorary doctorate from the University of Mary in 2024.
